Meet Ellen

As a leading TV anchor and business journalist for international top media such as Bloomberg, CNBC Europe, and ARD, Ellen Frauenknecht spent 20 years in daily contact with influential decision-makers around the world. What struck her time and again: even the smartest and most successful often had no idea how to live happily, free of stress, and with true fulfillment. Unexpectedly, while in India, she stumbled into a lecture series on Vedanta philosophy – and found answers.
That first encounter led, almost a year later, to a deeper commitment: five years of intensive study at a philosophy academy near Mumbai. Back in Europe, Ellen now combines her business expertise with philosophical depth. Her mission: to show individuals and organizations how to cultivate clarity, calm, and strength – and in doing so, achieve lasting success and fulfillment.
Working as a leading TV anchor and business journalist for over two decades with top international media groups such as Bloomberg, CNBC Europe, and ARD, Ellen Frauenknecht engaged daily with influential decision-makers worldwide. Time and again she noticed that even the brightest and sharpest and most successful hadn’t necessarily figured out how to be happy, handle life without stress and conflicts, be fulfilled. She unexpectedly found explanations and solutions when listening to a lecture series on ancient philosophy during a spa break in India. Back in Europe, she continued reading and researching on it on her own before eventually deciding to dive deeper, spending five years at a Philosophy Academy near Mumbai. Now, back in Europe, she’s happy to pass on the insights she gained to those looking for tools to improve themselves and their life.
